Terms of use
Lillith is a companion for reflection. It is not a doctor, a lawyer, a bank or a therapist, and it never replaces one. If you are in danger in France, call 3114, day and night.
The agreement
These terms apply between you and Lillith, publisher of the Lillith app and of lillith.app, from the moment you create an account or join the founders list. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Lillith.
Who can use Lillith
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for what happens on your device with your account.
Credits
- Credits are consumables bought inside the app through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and its own purchase terms apply.
- Every price in credits is shown before you confirm a session, a private note or a private post. Once credits are spent, they are not refunded.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Credits stay on your account as long as it exists. Deleting your account deletes the remaining credits with it.
- If we ever stop the service, we tell you in advance so you can use what you have.
What Lillith is, and is not
- Lillith, the guide who remembers your story, is an AI. You are told so at your first interaction. The eight guides are real people whose messages may be translated by AI. You can always ask who you are talking to.
- Everything you receive in Lillith is guidance for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it is not therapy. Decisions about your health, your money, your legal situation or your safety belong to you and to qualified professionals.
- Readings rest on astrology and on what you share. They describe possibilities, not certainties. Lillith makes no promise about outcomes.
- If you are in crisis, please stop and reach out to a person who can help. In France, 3114 is free and open every hour of every day.
What you can send
You can send messages and photos to Lillith and to the guides. By sending them you confirm that:
- They are yours to send, or you have the right to send them.
- They contain no one under 18, no nudity or sexual content, no threats, no harassment, and nothing illegal.
- You do not use Lillith to harm, stalk or deceive another person.
We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules. The guides are people; treat them as you would want to be treated.
Your content and ours
What you write and send stays yours. You give Lillith the permission it needs to store it, show it back to you, translate it and use it to answer you, and nothing more. The app, its design, its texts and its name belong to Lillith.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Lillith available every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Features may change or be removed. When these terms change in a way that matters, we say so in the app and update the date at the top of this page.
Liability
To the extent French law allows, Lillith is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of guidance received in the app, nor for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under French and European law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes to the competent French courts. As a consumer you may also use the European online dispute resolution platform or a consumer mediator.
